How much does a session cost, and is there a Medicare rebate?

As of the 1st of October 2026, our psychology sessions are charged at $260  for 50 minutes.If you attend under a GP Mental Health Care Plan, you will receive a Medicare rebate of $149.05 per session.  This means that you will be $110.95 out of pocket for a session while attending under a Mental Health Care Plan.  For reference, the Australian Psychological Society's recommended rate for a 45–60 minute session with a Clinical Psychologist in 2026-27 was $330.

What will my first appointment be like?

Your first session is 50 minutes, and it’s a gentle starting point. We’ll ask some questions to better understand your concerns, your background, and what you’d like to work on. From there, we’ll talk through a treatment plan together, guided by the best available evidence and your goals.

Can I book a telehealth appointment?

Yes, we do offer telehealth appointments if that’s the best fit for you. Please let us know during your initial intake call, and we can talk through the options together.
