If you attend with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you can receive a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session. The standard session fee is $246, which leaves $100.75 out of pocket after the rebate. For reference, the Australian Psychological Society's recommended rate for a 45–60 minute session with a Clinical Psychologist in 2024 was $311.

Your first session is 50 minutes, and it’s a gentle starting point. We’ll ask some questions to better understand your concerns, your background, and what you’d like to work on. From there, we’ll talk through a treatment plan together, guided by the best available evidence and your goals.

Yes, we do offer telehealth appointments if that’s the best fit for you. Please let us know during your initial intake call, and we can talk through the options together.
